Khyati is one of the best Yoga teachers I have ever trained. She gives personal attention to all her students and no matter what your fitness level is, she makes sure the exercises are suitable for you. I also do functional training with her. She gives you the confidence to try out even the most difficult yoga poses. The thing I love the most about her is that there is something new in every class so never gets repetitive or boring!

It's been one and half years I have joined kyatis yoga class and it's one of the best decisions of my life. I was looking for someone who can give personalized attention even in a group class and she definitely treats each one individually esp if someone has a health issue. She is totally dedicated to her job and explains each posture so well and very patient too with new students and with is old ones too. My life has changed post joining her class I have become more positive, calmer and a stronger person. My hypo thyroid has reduced too post joining her classes. She is the best yoga teacher in my eyes.

Since I have started doing Yoga with Khyati fallen in love with her teaching style. In between X number of students you will be taken care as individual. I would rate her 10/10 in every aspect(knowledge, setting examples, efforts, memory for remembering every individuals problems). If one visit for a purpose of learning and getting resolution for health problem indeed she is the place you to stop and don’t go anywhere else. Love this place so much

Our classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience. We will help you to take your practice where you did like to take it. At our Yoga studio, variety of yoga traditions influence our class offerings including Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa and Iyengar Yoga.

All the classes and styles will guide you towards complete wellness, flexibility, strength, and balance. Our offerings range from classes that focus on a slower pace with longer-held poses exploring healthy alignment to more vigorous, athletic flowing styles. Below is a full description of our levels and offerings. The goal is not only to think of progress in your practice by “moving up” to the next level, but also to encourage you to find options that inspire, challenge and feel good to you!
